These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lenasdiamondconsulting.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by Lenna's Diamond Consulting LLC, a single-member limited liability company formed in the State of Georgia, United States, with its principal place of business at 136 Harden Dr, Ringgold, GA 30736, United States, trading as Lena's Diamond Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website, contacting us or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What we do — and what we don’t

Lena's Diamond Consulting is a travel agency and medical-travel facilitator with two lines of business:

• Guided tours in Romania — multi-day cultural and sightseeing trips arranged using independent hotels, guides and transport providers;
• Medical and dental travel coordination — connecting patients with independent, third-party clinics, hospitals, surgeons and dentists in Romania, and arranging the related travel and concierge services.

We are not a medical or dental provider, we do not practice medicine or dentistry, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical care is provided by independent licensed professionals who are solely responsible for it. Likewise, accommodation, transport and activities are supplied by independent operators.

2. No medical advice

Information on the Website is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment. Treatment suitability is determined by the treating clinician following appropriate evaluation.

3. Prices and quotes

All prices shown are indicative “Starting From” estimates for the U.S. market and do not constitute a binding offer or quote. Final pricing depends on your individual case and is confirmed by the treating clinic after assessment. Packages and inclusions may change, and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

4. Booking, payments and refunds

Bookings are reserved with a deposit and confirmed only once we confirm your dates in writing. All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as LENNAS DIAMOND.

Deposits, changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly.

5. No guarantee of results

Medical, dental and aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular result, recovery time, or outcome. Any before/after images or testimonials are illustrative and do not guarantee comparable results for you.

6. Independent providers

Treatment is delivered under a direct relationship between you and the independent clinic or practitioner, governed by their own consent forms, terms and policies. We are not party to that clinical relationship and are not liable for the acts, omissions, quality of care, or outcomes of any third-party provider. We select partners with care, but you are encouraged to verify credentials and ask questions before proceeding.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about yourself and your health;
• Disclose relevant medical history so suitability can be properly assessed;
• Follow the medical and aftercare guidance given by your treating clinician;
• Arrange your own valid travel documents, insurance and fitness to travel.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lena's Diamond Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the clinical care provided by independent third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Website’s content, branding, design and text are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Some imagery is licensed stock or third-party content used under its respective license.

10. Third-party links and platforms

The Website and our communications may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp and email). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Georgia have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live. Services delivered in Romania are additionally subject to the local laws applicable to the independent providers involved.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
